They also provide wholesale distribution of industrial concrete supplies to trade stores throughout Australia. With recent growth in their business, they are seeking a full-time Junior Finance Manager to join their professional team. The Position… The Junior Finance Manager will support the Finance Manager in all day-to-day tasks while learning the internal financial and business processes. You will show financial leadership, show initiative, innovation and bring a business savvy approach to the financial operations of the organisation. The position will responsible for supporting the Finance Manager with finance functions of the business, including: Performing daily reconciliations Financial management & reporting Providing audit support Annual sales budgeting & forecasting Completing BAS reconciliations & all other required related tax obligations Management of debtors & insurance renewals Inventory management & cost control Management of the GBS (Growth by Sharing Bonus) program Arranging debt/equity financing Providing strategic and operational support Management of payroll & staff costs Management of the capital budgeting process (including constraint analysis and discounted cash flow analysis) Compliance and governance management – ensuring all financial legal obligations are met by the company Experience in all the functions listed above is not essential, however, having a strong & well-rounded skillset will be an advantage.
